I'm paying for 100 mbps cyberspace and I should be getting 100 mbps (that's what information technology says in my router properties) but I'm only getting ten mbps. I know that 1 byte is 8 bits.

That is an amazing reply, thanks ! Unistalling Smartbytes on my Dell finally solved information technology. went from viii Mbps download on Speedtest to 93 Mbps ! (similar with another speed rating).
